Scammers are spreading the webs of fraud through social media. They are constantly setting traps by showing greed for work and money. And the scammers are clearing the bank account of the person who steps into the trap. Recently, many such incidents have come up in the headlines. Fraudsters are using social media platforms, especially popular messaging apps like Telegram and WhatsApp.

Keeping a few points in mind, one can save oneself from this scam. Let's check out the points:

1. Many unknown WhatsApp numbers offer work from home. If you work for a short time, you will get a big salary. There is danger in responding to such tempting offers. In this case, you are asked to deposit some money first by message or phone. And during that process, the fraudsters took all the information of the bank. So, stay away from such messages.

2. It is better to avoid WhatsApp or Telegram video calls from unknown numbers. Many times, video calls are made using deepfake technology as friends. Money is demanded. One can also lose the money by answering these calls.

3. Calling sometimes from the other side says that there is a courier service in your name. On taking it, it was informed that it was full of illegal products. For which money must be paid. Be careful when you receive calls from anonymous courier services.

4. Don't make the mistake of investing in cryptocurrency through social media. Avoid the Telegram app in particular. Recently, many people have earned their living by doing such work.
